Key Accountabilities: 

Role Purpose: This role plays a key part in engaging new audiences, coordinating outreach events, and ensuring strong participation in workshops, concerts, and educational initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community groups, cultural organizations, and artists.
  • Promote Music Lab programs to potential participants, partners, and collaborators.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for outreach partners and community stakeholders.
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns to attract participants for concerts, workshops, and classes.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, school visits, and community activations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute outreach materials.
  • Gather and share feedback from communities to improve future programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes.
  • Track outreach performance and recommend improvements to strategy.  
Qualifications/Requirements: 
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in community engagement, outreach, or partnership coordination.
  • Passion for music, education, and the arts.
  • Highly organized with good event and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to diverse groups.
  • Experience working in creative or educational settings is a plus.
  • Degree in communications.
  • 0-3 Years Experience.
