Key Accountabilities:
Role Purpose: This role blends creativity with technical expertise in motion design, video editing, and photo editing to produce compelling visual assets for concerts, social media, marketing campaigns, and music-related content.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and animate motion graphics for promotional videos, event visuals, lyric videos, intro sequences, and digital content.
- Develop graphics packages for concerts and live events (e.g., screen visuals, transitions, overlays).
- Work closely with curators and producers to visually iterpret music themes and brand messaging.
- Edit raw footage from concerts, rehearsals, podcast, and studio sessions intro polished final cuts.
- Integrate motion elements, sound, and music to enhance storytelling and pacing.
- Maintain consistency with brand style and visual identity across all edited content.
- Retouch and edit photography from concerts, workshops, and behind-the-scenes shoots.
- Create promotional assets, thumbnails, and still graphics for social media, websites, and printed materials.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, content series, and event visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, producers, and musicians to align visual content with project goals.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in motion design, music visuals, and digital storytelling.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and video/photo editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- Strong porfolio showcasing motion design and edited video/photo work.
- Understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling – escpecially within a musical context.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Passion for music and visual culture is a must.
- Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or multimedia.
