About the Job: 

The Memberships coordinator provides ongoing administrative and customer services support to the Memberships team and supports the Memberships Specialist and senior team members as required 

Reporting and Communication

  • Support requests for channels of communication related to CP membership and other marketing services as require
  • Manage membership data, provide data entry support and maintain accuracy of database
  • Creating content for communications in English & Arabic
  • Online copywriting for marketing
  • Provide reports with plans of action if membership retention problems arise
  • Creating templates and campaigns on Mail Chimp (ESP)
  • Communicate to members through Email marketing
  • Works closely with Membership Specialist and IN-Q Marketing Manager to continuously improve marketing & communications of the membership programme in support of QM objectives
  • Maintain excellent levels of communication and collaboration with other QMA & IN-Q departments, museums and business units
  • Supports the team in building relationships with external stakeholders, partners and suppliers
  • Prepare monthly reports and other documents related to the business of the Memberships unit 
  • Other duties as assigned

Administrative and Other Responsibilities

  • Administer website content management related to memberships programmes
  • Assist, support and coordinate events and presentations related to memberships programme
  • Create policies and procedures relating to memberships
  • Coordinate and report transactional and engagement tracking
  • Generate outreach signup campaigns
  • Support the coordination of membership platforms as required
  • Carry out other administrative duties as directed in support of memberships and IN-Q

 

About The Applicant: 
  • Degree level qualification required
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer services, communications, marketing, memberships, PR, Sales
  • Must be fluent in oral and written English and Arabic
  • At least 1 years of experience with using CMS system
  • Fully proficient in Mail Chimp
  • Ability to work under pressure and work in a team, and with colleagues in other departments, demonstrating a collaborative approach
  • Ability to take initiative and brainstorm ideas to improve the programme
  • Strong time - and resource-management skills to ensure project delivery within time and resource constraints
  • Well-developed computing skills including understanding of relevant IT products and softward (Mail Chimp, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
